WARNING: Use the Right Pad

Generic TENS pads don't have the two-zone layout or the snap spacing, so the signal lands in the wrong place, or the pod won't seat at all.
PS: These are the exact pads the Frost Labs One was built around. Sold only on getfrostlabs.com.

How To Use?

Put it on. Clean, dry forehead: no lotion, no makeup, no oil. Peel the pad off its liner, press it across your brow line with a gel zone above each eyebrow, and smooth the outer edges down. Snap the pod on. Press start.

Take it off. Peel slowly from one end. Stick the pad back on its liner, gel side down, and put it in the case.

Make it last. Skin prep and the liner are the whole game. Clean skin every session and the liner back on every time gets you to two or three weeks. Lotion, makeup, or leaving it out overnight gets you to a few days.

What's Inside

Conductive hydrogel — the white area. Water-based, skin-safe, carries the signal from the pod into the skin above each eyebrow. Two gel zones — one over each branch of the trigeminal nerve, the supraorbital and supratrochlear. The layout is what makes the placement work. Two snap studs — nickel-plated, spaced to match the Frost Labs One pod. Nothing else fits them. Clear film border — holds the shape and gives you an edge to peel from. Release liner — cut to the pad's shape. Keep it. It's what keeps the gel alive between sessions.

Shipping & Returns

Ships from the US in 1–3 business days. Free shipping on any pad order added to a Frost Labs One pre-order; standard shipping otherwise.

Pads are a consumable, so returns work differently from the device: if a pad arrives damaged, dried out, or won't snap onto your pod, send us a photo and we replace the pack. No need to send it back.

Built for the same two nerves.

Made for Frost Labs One. Snaps on, sits where it should.

Each pad has a gel zone over each eyebrow, exactly where the two branches of the trigeminal nerve surface. The pod snaps onto the centre and the signal lands where the device was designed to send it.

Clean, dry skin and the liner back on after each session, and one pad lasts about two to three weeks of daily use. Three in the pack.
